I’ve just upgraded to the new version of display in my Square Register about two weeks ago. Since the upgrade, there have been at least 5 times that the online orders were not printing out and not making a sound. Looks like it often happens in the morning when we just open.
It delayed several orders because of that when customers show up to pick up the orders. I’m not sure if that’s from the new upgrade but it rarely happened before the upgrade. I check my software and it’s up to day and I always have my Square Register reboot every night. Is there anyway to solve this problem?

Normally we would recommend walking through these specific troubleshooting steps specifically for Square Register - the most important of which being the software update component, which it sounds like you've already done. We would also recommend the factory reset, which is outlined in the resource as well.
If neither of these seem to resolve your issue of receiving order notifications, we would recommend flagging this over to our Support Team directly. They can pull some diagnostics on the device and make sure you get a working machine.
