Online Order Tickets Not Printing Full Order

When a customer is at our location and is buying stuff just the category "Food" will be printed for the kitchen. But it is also for online orders. We can't print the entire order order. We have to open each online order to check if there is something else ordered (drinks, snacks, ...).

@Dibo68 Pretty sure you need to go to the tablet you are having print your online orders.  Go to Settings ----> Hardware ----> Printer ----> Online Order Tickets -----> Categories to print ----> and set it up there.

The in person order ticket and the online order ticket each have a setting for which categories to print.  This should help you make sure your online order tickets also print out all those extras you normally wouldn't do.  I have one of my ticket printers print a ticket as well as my kitchen printer so the front knows what extra items to pack in the bag and has a ticket to stable to my bags.

@Donnie-M ... that would be great ... but there is not the option "Online Order Tickets", just "Order Tickets". All kinds of orders have the same Categories witch will be printed. I can't select other Categories for "Online Order Tickets".

@Dibo68 What type of hardware are you using?  Square stand, register, terminal?

@Dibo68 That is why you don't see the exact options that I do on my end.  I downloaded the retail app and checked it out and you get two options when you go to settings, hardware, printer station, you get 2 options: in store order tickets and order tickets with fulfillment.  I am pretty sure order tickets with fulfillment is your online orders.  Each of those 2 settings has an option for printing order tickets.

See if checking those settings get you to where you want...

I am gonna tag someone who uses the square register...this must have to do with the custom kernal they use in the register with that version of the square for retail app.  Do you have another tablet available? android or ipad?  I can tell you how to set up a work around that will print those orders for you.  You can actually use the point of sale app and then just set it up to also print online orders to your kitchen only and it can print that stuff for you.  Not ideal, but it is a work around.
