Message to client not working
While booking an appointment for a client, it gives you an option to send the client a message with the appointment details. Everytime I write a client a message, they do not receive it. Why is this and how do I fix this issue?

Hi @Saratpink! Welcome to the Community.
I can't say I've ever seen this error from my experience but it'd be best to reach out to our Appointments team directly either by phone or email to look into your setup with you.
I just don't have access to your account from here to see how things are set up/if they're set up properly but they can help you further from their end or file a ticket if it's not behaving as expected.
