Yesterday we received our first Square POS Register. We plugged it in and set it up yesterday. Coming in today, after it updated it's software, it has no internet connection, despite successfully connecting to networks. I can view its IP address and connection status from the web portal of our network, but still the register reports no internet. We have tried other networks and hotspots, and this seems to be an issue with this register. Is there a fix for this, or should I just exchange it at Best Buy and hope this doesn't happen again?

If it is still not working for you, then I think you are right in suggesting to return it to the store from where it was purchased.
