The title of this thread has been edited from the original: Square is saying customer facing screen damaged.
Randomly one of my squares is saying customer facing screen damaged. Does anyone know if this can be troubleshooting or do I need to replace the customer facing screen

If you're seeing the error message: “Customer Facing Display Damaged”, you'll need to contact our Support Team directly so they can assist with the warranty process (the Customer Display for Square Register is covered by a two-year limited warranty).
If you haven’t already, please call the team on 1800 760 137 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, Melbourne time - or reach out by signing in to your account and heading here.
