Store Page Edtior Disappeared From My Dashboard

Hi,

There seems to be some kind weird bug or sorts because the store editor some how disappeared from my dashboard.image
As you can see from the red circle, the store editor was usually found between Themes and Apps but it is not there anymore!

Please Help!

I still see the tab when I log into your editor. Can you try opening from a new, private/incognito window?

Did you update to the new dashboard, @Johnm7? If you did then this was moved out to the dashboard. Exit the editor, click on the menu on the top left and choose "Store" from there.

I did but i preferred the old dashboard, so i revert back to the old one but its not there anymore.

We too are having problems with this?  When I went in cognito, it does not who up either.  Help!

Thanks for posting, @Bob-T. This is because the account that has the site was upgraded to the newer dashboard, but your account still uses the older dashboard. This should be resolved soon for you when you are moved to the new dashboard, although I'm not sure exactly when that will happen.

Hi I am having the same problem with the store editor missing. I dont see any menu icon at the top left either. I have been searching the community with no luck. I have noticed you can log in - incognito but dont know how to do that. Wold be very grateful of help here as I'm getting very frustrated!

Hi Greg. Sorry to hear you are frustrated! Smiley Sad Can you please verify the name of the site you are trying to edit? To login through incognito or private window, you can right click on the browser icon for your search engine.

Hi again. You are currently logged into a contributor account. Are you familiar with an email that begins with greggleberry@

The reason you do not see the store tab in your contributor account is because of the dashboard styles. The main account is using the updated browser, while the contributor account is using the older style dashboard. Do you see an option on the older dashboard to update to the new dashboard experience? You should see it on right side of screen in the tip cards.

Can you enable the new dashboard for my contributors. I am having the same problem. The contributors cannot access the store. The site is relaxsaunas.com

Hi @RelaxSaunas It looks like you have 6 editors.. do you want all of their dashboards converted? Do they only have access to your site?

It sounds like the site owners of the sites you edit was updated to the newer dashboard, where store features were moved to the dashboard and out of the editor. Your accounts should be getting converted to the new dashboard soon so you can edit those again. Thanks for your patience!

Generally speaking, we do not make changes or alter websites and online stores for people, @Ryan27. Is the site owner unable to add or manage the store?
