Disclaimer for investment professionals website

Hi, I would like to add a disclaimer to my website with 2 dropdown questions (country of domicile: Switzerland or Other, investor type: Institutional or Private). I only want the visitor to access the page if the answers are: Switzerland, Institutional. Otherwise, the visitor should not be able to access the content. How can I add such a disclaimer?
