Hi,
There seems to be some kind weird bug or sorts because the store editor some how disappeared from my dashboard.
As you can see from the red circle, the store editor was usually found between Themes and Apps but it is not there anymore!
Please Help!

I still see the tab when I log into your editor. Can you try opening from a new, private/incognito window?

Hi @If the editor accounts submit a ticket to support a support rep can help them out. The request needs to come from the specific account, though.

100% crap get it back to how it is, its like dealing with a bunch of 5 year old kids with nothing better to do then mess things up

Why would you take away the link to STORE? That is not progress!
Now there are added steps to get to where we need to go.

Hi guys,
This has happened to me too about last week. I cannot access it from my work desktop, home desktop imac and acer laptop. Could someone give me a hand with this? I have no options to access it from a menu on the dashboard either.
I also need to sort out recieveing order notification emails.

My store editor disappared around June 19, 2020? The webiste store is still up and running. I can't get to the Manage Store to see what is being purchased.
Where does the site owner reside? as that needs to be changed. Th person is no longer working here.

We are also having the same issue, we can not access our ticket sales for a show we have this weekend, it's an emergency. I have submitted three emails, with no response. Please help us!!
