Store Page Edtior Disappeared From My Dashboard

Hi,

There seems to be some kind weird bug or sorts because the store editor some how disappeared from my dashboard.
As you can see from the red circle, the store editor was usually found between Themes and Apps but it is not there anymore!

Thanks for your post, @restech. You won't actually see a store button on your dashboard since all store options and settings are now accessed via different menu options on the left side of the dashboard.

Please help me too. This happened to me a few weeks ago. I have customers calling up and complaining and I am selling items I no longer have in stock. This has been a nightmare. I have emailed in 5 times. I try calling but never with any luck and I have spent hours trying to figure it out. Www.nualahairdressing.com

I think this is because you have the really old dashboard, @Nuala27. I have updated you to the new dashboard so you can access the store again. When you first login, click on the grey dropdown on the top left and select the site you want to edit (if it isn't already selected on it). Once it reloads, you'll then see all of the options from the store menu on the left side of the dashboard.

I’m having the same issue I am an able to get to the store from my dashboard it’s just completely missing

Welcome to the Community! You're seeing that because you have an education account, @JennieR_ohare. Did you need the features of education? Otherwise I can convert your account to a standard account so you have access to the Store from your account dashboard.

Hi - logged in today to do some much needed upgrades to find the store tab is completely missing. Not in editor. Not on the admin page. Nowhere. Sigh - anyone got any ideas? I've been through every suggestion on the site already.

Hi, @maggiet.

All store management options are now on your account dashboard rather than within the website editor. If you check the menus on the left of the dashboard, you should see everything there.

It won't actually say store like in the editor. Do you see an "Items" option on the left side of your account dashboard?

sorry but its so weird

surely the original location in the editor makes more sense? 

so that means you still have to implement changes within the editor itself and publish there in order to make any updates? so leave editor, make changes, come back into editor, apply changes... so many steps now... sigh
