my square app keeps closing out when hitting certain icons on screen

while my square app is open on my screen      certain icons that i push will close my square app   i then have to restart it     then those same buttons do it again   i only have use of about half of my icons???

Hi @frostys - What kind of device and version of the POS app are you on? You can search in the Help Center to find some general articles about troubleshooting, but here are some basic ones to start with:

• Make sure you are on the latest version of the POS app. Update it in the app store if necessary.
• Delete the app from your device and then reinstall it.

i have it on 2 i pads     the one i pad works great but the other one all of a sudden decided to start doing this   i thought i had the latest version of the app but maybe i dont    ill try to delete and reinstall the app on that i pad    i wondered if that was the case because the other i pad still works fine   it didnt make sense that only the one was having issues   i will try this and see if it works thanks

deleting the app and reloading it seemed to work    thank you so much for the help    i love my square program and knew there had to be an easy fix.        thanks again
