my zebra zd410 isnt alligning proberly.

We are installing the zebra zd410 label printer. I am using the 1 x 1 1/2 label. We can get it to print but it seems to not want to read the gap space between labels so its jumping off allignment each time. We have restarted the computer several times  and the printer several times, and it still doenst change any thing. Has any one else had this issue? help!

Thanks for getting in touch, @ellamae and sorry to hear about the trouble with your printer.

I wanted to check and make sure, The Zebra ZD410 requires a label roll with a 1” diameter core to function properly. If the label roll that you have is a different diameter, that may be the source of the gap issue.
