I am classified correctly as a medical vendor. At least I am assuming so as I set my account as such when it was created. I have read the threads and Care Credit should work. But when I type in the numbers on a card OR swipe with the reader I receive the error of unknown card brand. Please assist. THANKS!

I would recommend you call in and they can verify your merchant category code is correct as only certain MCC numbers can accept medical cards.
