Why do I see all my staff on the calendar even on days they're not working?

I have 28 people on staff but only 12-14 of them work on any given day. On my appointments calendar, everyone shows up on the calendar regardless of whether they are working or not, and it makes the calendar super long and confusing to manage. The only way I can see to change this is to unchoose the staff that are not working on that day...but I would have to do that on every single day. The "combined" option shows all the appointments without the staff members name and in random columns. Is there a way to show only working staff on each day along with the appointments they have scheduled in their own columns?

That can be frustrating but also congratulations on having 28 people on your staff!!!!  I'm working towards that goal.  At the moment there isn't a way to only be able to view staff on the days they are working but I think that would be an excellent feature request for Square to look into and perhaps start working on to implement into our appointment dashboard and app.  I'll leave a link below where you can submit your idea 🙂
