Why are not all of the emails I have on file being captured in my email marketing distribution?

I have 224 emails in my email list, and yet every time I go to send and email blast out through the Marketing section in Square, it only captures 170 emails.  How do I correct this, because i have clients that are not receive my notifications?  Please help!

You may see X total Customers in your Directory, but the count can decrease if an email bounces twice - or someone unsubscribes. This can be seen in your previous Marketing reports (Marketing page > Campaigns > select the Marketing campaign you want to view reports for). Additionally, if your customer opts in to receiving an emailed receipt, but does not consent to allowing you to have their email address, their email address will not be marketable - this opt-in/consent is what would cause their email to appear in the email Marketing group.


If you are concerned there is something off with the number you're seeing, you'll need to contact us. Since we are unable to take a dive into your account with you through this public platform, we recommend reaching out directly by phone. A Square Marketing specialist would be able to dig more deeply with you and pinpoint what's going on here, @aliseats📧
