Delete all items process is not working
I have followed the directions to replace all items in my library. I download the catalog, then remove all but one item, then upload and replace. Unfortunately, the upload fails every time, telling me the server is not available. The message takes over 30 minutes to appear. The library is large, over 20,000 items.
We are launching Saturday. I imported items from our current POS, but some of the fields were wrong (my mistake). I need to delete all items and re-do the import.
Is there a different way to delete all of the items?

HI, inventory issues can be so frustrating. The number of inventory items and Square platform traffic can and will collide causing issues such as yours. It is a known issue. Best advice is to attempt again very late in the evening or very early morning.
