Variations in the item not showing up to purchase

I have five variations for an item that are all visible  and have a price and stock filled in.

When I look at the payment link to buy the item, only four items display.

  1. Verify Variation Settings

    • Double-check that all five variations are:
      • Marked as "Active/Enabled"
      • Have their visibility settings turned on
      • Have valid prices (not $0)
      • Have stock counts greater than 0 (if inventory tracking is enabled)
  2. Check Payment Link Settings

    • Ensure the payment link was created/updated after all variations were added
    • Try creating a new payment link to see if all variations appear
    • Verify the payment link settings don't have any filters or restrictions
  3. Common Issues to Look For

    • Sometimes variations don't show if they were added after the payment link was created
    • Variations with $0 price won't display in payment links
    • Variations with 0 stock (if tracking inventory) won't appear
    • There might be a visibility setting specifically for online selling
  4. Recommended Actions

    1. First, try creating a new payment link for the item to see if all variations appear
    2. If the problem persists:
      • Delete and recreate all variations
      • Make sure to save changes at both the variation and item level
      • Create a new payment link after confirming all variations are properly set up

I tried all of the steps - completely deleting all of the variations. They have prices in there, visibility is on, they all have stock quantities. 

I just gave up and recreated it.
