Square terminal constantly restarting itself

Terminal stuck on black screen with Square logo. "Get started" screen pops up sometimes but will restart itself seconds after. If I move quickly enough I can get to terms and agreements, but is it just keeps looping back and restarting itself. Device is fully charged and connected directly with ethernet cable. Internet has been reset multiple times just in case. Do not know what to do anymore
