Searching from phone

Am I the only one who can't search for items when using the app on my phone? There IS a search box, and I CAN type in it, but it has never, ever presented any results. ??

That's odd @SmartyPantsJane. Have you mad sure that both your device and the POS app are up to date? If they are and you're continuing to run into issues, you may want to reach out to our support team so they can verify if this is a glitch in our system.
