Receipt logo not printing correctly

Logo on printer receipt now just printing a black square. Same logo we have used for years no change. Tried turning off print/back on and it seemed to work for a while.

Our engineering team has resolved the issue that was causing logos to not print as intended, so your logos should now appear correctly. If you encounter any trouble, I recommend closing and relaunching the app.

 

If your logo is still not appearing, please let me know!

Starting on the afternoon of 11/09/24 our paper receipt logo has changed to a black square. We have made no changes to any of our settings to cause this. I checked for updates this morning and loaded the latest and it made no difference. We are using Square for Retail on the iPad in the Square stand with the Star TSP100LAN. Thanks for the report. Now I know it's not just on my side and that's it's an issue on the Square side. Hopefully it's known issue that's being worked on.
