Why aren't my printed receipts displaying all of my logo details?

what format, size, etc do i need to make this logo print correctly on this receipt?IMG_0440.jpg

Thanks for surfacing this, @CurlGirl. I see what you mean—the curling brooms appear to be missing on the printed receipt.🥌🧐

 

I suggest saving the image for your printed receipt logo as strictly black and white, without any color or shades of grey. Then, ensure that it's uploaded to the Printed logo field under Logotype on the Receipt tab.
