My email confirmation of order received

Hello,  I have normally received an email from a customer that had placed order on my website.  I recently changed themes.  I just got an order in yesterday but no email order confirmation was sent to me.  Can you tell me why I didn't get the order confirmation please.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a root cause - changing a Theme should not have an affect on order notifications.  There are many other things that could be the issue but, best we can do is speculate.  For example, we have our own Domain and Email that's provided by our Hosting Service (not Square).   Our email has web based filters that marks some emails as Spam before any messages are downloaded to our devices so we have to sometimes check our web based email first.  Unless you have a setup like ours I doubt that would be your issue.  According to Square's System Status Website, I didn't see any recent system issues.  (You may want to bookmark that site as it is quite useful.)   Since the community is basically volunteers who are small business owners and have lots of hands-on experience with Square's Apps and Hardware, we can help with many issues and there's many we can't.   You may want to follow-up with Support as they have the ability to look at your Account Settings or perhaps they are aware of a possible cause.
