Let's try this. Open the last low stock email alert you received and add our email address to your contact list. Once you've done that, check if the next alert comes through. If not, let me know.

Yes, we haven't gotten one since early Saturday morning, but there should be two from over the weekend too. We depend on these for reordering, so this is a big problem.

I usually go through my low stocks every couple of days. You can see from the pic that I've been getting them consistently up until Sat. I also check my junk mail religiously, and there's none in there (and no reason for them to be there).

Hey @Zombiekhan  – I see this is your first post. Welcome! 👋

I apologize that the stock alert suddenly stopped working—that’s frustrating. We haven’t received any reports of a disruption yet. Can you share more details about the issue so I can investigate further? What are some item examples where this happened?

Normally I have the emails sent to a separate folder and then Ill look at them when Im ready to place restock orders with my distributors.

This a screenshot of all the UNREAD emails where I had to sit down and process the LOW STOCKS and I stopped getting them on 3/7

Im still getting the sales transactions , deposit info, etc just the LOW STOCK ALERTS stop coming in.

Also check to make sure you have not flagged those emails as spam. @Zombiekhan @llij96

OK, I added the email address to my contacts list. However, I don't see how this could make a difference when I've been getting these emails for 8 years already (though there was another time where they stopped working like this a few years back).

@MayaP I received a low stock email this morning. Hopefully that continues. 🤞 Now to figure out how to get the ones for the missing days.

Great! I'm glad adding the email address to the contact list resolved this. Unfortunately, there isn’t a way to retroactively retrieve the old ones. If this happens again, feel free to reach out. @llij96

Yes mine worked this morning for both my locations - do not understand what happened but it seems to work now. Lost 4 days of Low Stocks though. I just exported and excel report of what was sold and then had to manually see if the items (one by one) where sold out ( Yes that was tedious and annoying to do )

@Zombiekhan Did you do this from the Transactions screen?

PS, what email program do you use? I use Outlook 365. Just wondering if that could be a part of why this happened.

I checked on our backend, and I don’t see any issues. I recommend checking with AOL to see if anything has changed or been blocked on their end. For now, I’m glad it’s working! If you need anything else, feel free to reach out. @Zombiekhan

I double-checked on the backend, and everything looks good. I have heard of sellers experiencing issues with Outlook, so if the issue persists, I recommend reaching out to them as well. I also found this support article that may help get the emails back. Let me know if it happens again!
