Items revert back to unavailable

I just entered all my fall items and only 1 of 5 fall latte's saved the "visible" online status I selected. I just went back into the item on my dashboard and saved each one again as visible but when I go back to the item is has reverted back to unavailable.  What is happening???? I was able to add most of my items but these few just keep reverting back. Please help.

We have limited access to accounts here in the community, so it is best you contact our direct support team for troubleshooting. 

 

I did take a look at your website and I see 5 lattes under the Fall Specialties category and they are all available at this time. 

Hopefully, this means the issue has been resolved!
