Item showing as not available for shipping in cart when browser is closed and re-opened

I've just added items to my online store and was testing it out.  When I add an item to my cart, I'm able to walk through the checkout process.  However, if I close the web browser and re-open to my online store, the item is still sitting in the cart, but now it's notated as "this item is not available for shipping." and can't proceed further. If I take the item out of my cart and re-add, it's fine.  Why does this message pop up when the browser closes and is re-opened again? I was sure to sync square and turned off the setting for "mark newly imported items as 'unavaiable' online.

HI, are you using the Free Plan or have upgraded to a Paid Plan?  I believe it is because the Abandoned Cart Feature is a Paid Plan option only.
