The people here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support. Probably contacting Customer Support would be a better option. There are a number of reasons why someone fails to log in. These range from system issues like performance to user confusion to obstacles from security measures. Square has not reported any system issues as per this site so, there may be something else causing your issue. (Recommend bookmarking that site for future reference as it does come in handy when issues pop up.) Sometimes resetting your Account Password works - it has for us for other sites - it's just a suggestion of course. Perhaps some of the other community members have some additional thoughts.
