For some reason, my manual credit card entry option has been disabled on my Square app. I have been using it for years for my business but it shifted to being disabled. I went into the Settings option in the More tab and it lists it at the bottom of the screen under 'disabled' features. I cannot seem to get it to be enabled again. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

On the app when you go to More> Settings > Checkout > Payment. Click the dots to the left of the manual card entry. Then drag it up to the main payment type.
You should be all set now!

Hello @MKTaylor !
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties moving payment types around! On your app, does the Manual Entry option have six dots to the left of the name? You should be able to press and hold on those dots and then move the payment type around. If not, do any of the other types have those dots, and can you move those around?
I would recommend making sure your app and the device's OS is fully updated as well. Also try signing out of your account on the app then signing back in. This will force the app to "phone home" and reload all your settings.
If that's not working, I'd definitely recommend calling into customer support. They have more access to the back end of your system than we do on a public forum and should be able to get this issue fixed.
