My business name is correct in my square account everywhere but with customers use AMEX or sometimes APPLE PAY, the wrong business name displays and we appear as a former business which was located in our spot, or we appear as one that is a mile away from us.
How do I change this? Is it geo-location? Do I need to contact AMEX?

Sometimes interesting things happen. Although the display name comes up wrong, I believe that your customer's bank statements will have the correct business name. As for fixing the issue(s) - Apple may be pulling the incorrect info from Apple Maps. Apple recommends that the user or in your case, your customer, report the issue to them as "The merchant information for this transaction is incorrect". I think they can do that thru their Wallet under latest Transactions and then selecting the transaction in question. Another unusual thing about issues like this is, digital cards can pick up nearby businesses when a payment is made but, that's probably not the case because the issue is about a previous business at the same location. As for AMEX, they have a Small Shop Map whereas businesses can add or claim their site, if there is info there for your business address, it may need to be updated. These are all assumptions of course and no guarantees but, at least worth looking into.

Hey @SidePiece, I see this is your first post. Glad you could join our community! 😀👋
I will just reiterate what @JK_Fiber_Art is stating, but that is correct. If you have everything setup correctly on the Square side, then it is on the Apple and Amex to make sure it reflects correctly.
If you need anything else, let us know!
