I keep getting this error message when trying to transfer my domain from Wix as my host to my Square site. Please help. I have tried everything I know how!

Unfortunately the volunteers here are not the same as Tech or Customer Support, many here are small business owners who have experience with Square's Apps and Hardware.   Best is to first contact Wix Support, there's a few tips here that you may or may not have seen.  Normally when transferring a domain from one host to another when issues come up, you first need to ensure that all the correct actions have been taken on the hosting site before checking with the receiving site.  Since the Domain Transfer failed, Wix should be able to help.  (Just curious, did you get a transfer authorization code (EPP code) as you will need this as part of the process.)

I just wanted to chime in as well. The error sounds like it is already in the transfer process 🤔 Can you please confirm your domain name so I can check some things on the backend?
