Disconnection Issues
Square continues to disconnect the reader and our usb printer with every credit card purchase. Every time we make a sale on the square stand, we have to exit out of the square app and then press the app to let everything reconnect. And when the customer goes to sign on the screen, it tends to reload everything again, which causes confusion for the guest because of all the pop ups that appear. Our software is up to date and everything is connected properly. We have used square for years, and this is a recent issue.

Hi @superchunk. I'm really sorry to hear that you're going through those issues. That's really frustrating. Have you tried these troubleshooting steps? They typically help get everything back up and running the way they should.

We have the same problem. It's been happening for a while and is very frustrating, not to mention, feels unprofessional with customers. We changed phones, but that did not help. Just got off the line with CS and they said it could be our internet (it's not, we stream Spotify) or if the Bluetooth is not used for 5 minutes, it will disconnect. Their solution is to turn on/off Bluetooth and also Location Services every time, which is still pretty annoying. It used to not do this.
