We have a scale (USB) connected to our Square Ipad stand that just recently started disconnecting randomly. Disconnecting/reconnecting the cable fixes the problem for a while. I need to find out what is causing this issue. I have installed recent updates on the IPad and still have the problem. This system has been in service since last April. Thank you!

Hey @swirlsinc – Please disregard my previous reply. There was a disruption affecting the connection between the scale and stand, but our team has released a fix (3.71.83). If you’re still experiencing any issues, let me know.

I appreciate you flagging this. I know how frustrating disconnection issues can be, and I’d love to gather more details to better assist:
1) What app and app version are you using?
2) Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
3) Are you getting any error message?
4) Confirm you are connecting your scale with the correct cable depending on your Square Stand model or Android device, Square Terminal or Square Register.
