I'm having trouble with my online store. When customers place items from a certain category into the cart they keep getting an error message "Items in your cart are available at different times. Remove some of the items to checkout." It's only when they are adding items from the 1 category and it doesn't seem to matter which item it is, you just keep getting that message. Even if its the only item in the cart.

HI, you can check to see if that Category has hours selected for Availability. Scroll down to the bottom of each category and see how each is set up. That category might be setup for hours in error. Availability - Set Availability for Online Orders,

I have the same problem but when I get to the "Enable Order Online" it brings me to the edit website design...and it ask me if I want a restaurant style design.....(we are a greenhouse retailer) and when i try to select the category there is no way to see the available schedule...😕 maybe I change something this morning that block this option?

OOps I tried to put the restaurant style but it change everything...Not sure how to change that.... first screen shot is that last mistake and the two others is the first problem that appear this morning... the shop is not open so there is no stress but thanks to help!

HI, so to understand, you want the Retail Format template?
Here are the breadcrumbs and screenshot to apply.
Online Dashboard, Website, Edit Site, scroll down to Shop All click the 3 little dots, select Switch Template, popup to select for Shop All (Retail Features).
When you are in the Retail Format, you should be able to see the Categories as explained above.

It's ok for the Retail Format I switch because when I press the button named "Enabled order Online" it get me to " Switch page Style" and this is have no sens for me.
I guess it does not have sens for you too and it's not easy to explain in an other langages lol sorry for that! Hope you understand better.

Hi @Momandbabes Here i found that I blocked to many dates on the pick up setting, I just erased them all and everything is working again.
