tap to pay on register

Tap to pay on register only works if customer name is skipped. I need the names for the orders. Anyone have a fix or work around?

Hello @DeutschEssen !

Your best bet would be to enable names for your tickets.

More -> Settings -> Checkout -> Order Tickets

Change that setting to Manual or custom, whichever it says.

Now, when you close out a ticket, the system will prompt you to enter a name for the ticket. This way you don't need to rely on if a name is passed along during the card transaction part.

I do have it enabled to add a customer name, but have to hit skip in order for the tap to pay icon to light up
