My Ipad just updated, and now my receipt printer (Star TSP100III) will NOT print out reports!!
My Ipad on my square register just did an update and now my printer won't print out sales reports! It will however print receipts just fine, minus categories. HELP!!! I've of course tried the obvious, shutting both the ipad and the printer down and starting them over, several times. Nope.

That's not good! Since you are getting receipts but not reports, I'm leaning towards a version discrepancy between Square and iOS.
I recommend making sure your app is on the latest version, which is 5.79. Every time iOS updates, it seems to me like Apple's dev teams deliberately break something on Square's app. I've seen some of the most random issues pop up that an update to the app and iOS at the same time fixes.
If you are running the latest and greatest on both the app and iOS and still seeing this issue, I'd recommend contacting support. (the number is in the link in my signature). They can go further into your account than we can in a public forum.

Sorry to hear you are encountering some trouble with your printer. Aside from @ryanwanner's advise, I also wanted to include this helpful troubleshooting guide.
