So Square is saying the online order page is going away and trying to funnel us to the general dashboard 'orders' page. But this week it looks like they've removed customer email information from the page???? Why would they do that?
I spoke to a chat rep and they said I should just use the Square Online order page, which is supposed to go away any day now. So what's going on with these interfaces? I need customer emails for every order and I don't like having to dig around to find that info in the directory.

I have reached out to a website specialist, and they showed me where emails are supposed to appear in the order. Could it be possible the customer didn't put an email address? Do all your orders look like this without an email?
Please start using the order manager in the dashboard. I apologize that you were directed to the Square Online page.
Let me know about the emails showing up or not in other online orders.
