I was advised by a Square Specialist a couple of days ago that the only way to make a backup copy of my Weebly Website with the new dashboard is to use the "Archive" feature and get a Zip File e-mailed to me. He admitted that this Zip-file cannot be used to import back into Weebly as a backup copy of my website. Has any one figured out if there is a way to make a backup copy of a Weebly website like we used to do with the old dashboard? Thank you.

Ok for prices and descriptions you export your catalog from the item catalog menu on the right - for some more advanced data exports you should check out my github catalog export. It takes a little more know how but will also give you image urls and additional data points.

What purpose is the back up?
Are you looking to archive item descriptions?

Besides, it is always a good business practice to have a backup copy of the Weebly website for safe keeping.
