I received an email in my business email that we had money deposited but I didn't receive the order email. When I get to looking at my personal email I see we had an order come through on Sat. Why is the order notification email now going to my personal email? Before they always showed up in my business email. How do I fix this?

I did that. My business email is in there. My notifications are turned on. I have looked all over and all I can find in different places is my business email. I can't find my personal email anywhere so I can't figure out why the notification went to it. Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks, while none of the articles helped I was able to call the customer support number and supposedly they have removed my personal email. We'll see.
