customize the email sent after an appointment?

I’m able to customize a number of different communications on the site, but I don’t see anywhere that I can customize the email that is sent after a client comes in for an appointment. I’d like to personalize that a bit more and just can’t find where to do that. If anyone can help point me in the right direction, that would be wonderful. Thanks in advance.

Currently, with Square Appointments you can only customize email and SMS notifications for upcoming appointments. If you want to reach out to these customers after their appointment, Square Marketing would be your best option!
