Debit Card Chip not working since Sept. 8th.?

In Canada, my stores have been experiencing transaction failures from debit card chip transactions when using TD and Scotia Bank debit cards (without tap enabled) since September 8th. As many of you know, there was a system wide outage on September 8th that was supposedly resolved. Anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hi @KD-POMODORI and welcome to the Community!

Can you tell me more about what hardware you're using where this error was occuring? The Contactless reader only accepts debit tap and for up to $100 so if tap is disabled on the card, it won't accept. 

Or do you have the new Terminal?
