Sync items from iPad to terminal
I am new to square and just spent the day adding items using square stand.
it’s great to be able to select items and really intuitive when completing a purchase.
I also got square terminal and assumed that the items I created and added to my square stand interface would be available and able to be added to the terminal - but nothing appears there to be added.
Is there an additional step I need to perform to get this to happen that I have missed along the way?

Thanks for reaching out!
You item library should be available on both iPad and Terminal, provided you've signed into the same Square account and location (if you set up multi locations).
If you're having trouble here maybe try signing out and back into the Terminal then going to "items" to check everything is there. if you're still having trouble you can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Melbourne time) or email via this form and they can take a further look!

Thanks for the reply.
It seems that I am able to add new items and they are sync’d but not the items prior to adding the terminal.
Is there something else I need to do to enable those items?

Hey @Parkigrocer,
Once you synced items, did you select which ones you want displayed on your website via "Items" in the Online dashboard?
I definitely recommend contacting support for more help here - they'll be able to look into your account rather than take guesses at what the issue may be 🙂
