Hello, @jennifermackenz!
The website is working great. However, this site has not been indexed by Google or any search engine. The block from search engines feature has been enabled in the editor. If the owner of the site wants the site indexed. They will need to allow it. To do that go to the 'Settings' tab and then 'SEO' on the left. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see a blue toggle button with "Hide site from search engines" next to it. Right now it is turned on. Click to turn it off and republish the website.
Once this is done, it can take days to weeks to be indexed by search engines. We recommend that you sign up for Google Webmaster tools and request a site crawl. It is not guaranteed, but can help speed up the crawl process.
The following article on our help site shows the exact steps you should take in order to get verified with Google Webmaster tools.
http://kb.weebly.com/webmaster-tools.html
Once you get the verification completed, visit this site to learn how to request the crawl.

It is also a very good idea to get verified by Bing Webmaster Tools as well. The verification method is about the same as Google's. Paste the meta tag code Bing gives you in the header field under the 'Settings>SEO' tab. Just under the Google code you pasted in earlier when being verified for Google Webmaster Tools. Make sure you do not overlap the code snippets, by adding some spacing in between.

I have a similar issue here. I have updated my SEO settings including both header and footer code a couple months ago. However, my site doesn't still appear on search engines such as Google when I searched mine by typing one of the meta keywords I set up on the SEO setting. Could you please advise me on this? Thanks!

Hello hnlee! SEO can be a bit tricky. Have you filled in the individual Page SEO content as well?

Nope. In fact, I'm not sure if I'm aware of the Individual SEO content. Could you please explain a bit more? I've only worked with Google Master followed by one of your Help pages (https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/201672817-Improve-Your-Search-Ranking).

Each page of your site can have its own individual SEO info - click on a page on the Pages tab, then click on "SEO Settings". I'd recommend taking a look at our guide here:
That'll have all the info you'll ever need for SEO and Weebly.

Oh - I completely misunderstood. Yes, I have actually set up a while ago my SEO settings on my weebly page (about 2-3 months ago). For example, I added Footer code using Google Analytics and header code using Google Webmaster tools. Despite all these setups, unfortunately I still don't see my website as the first thing on google search page. Sorry if I'm missing something that is somewhat obviously apprehensive but what would've been the cases that interfere access to my site via search engine?

It looks like the SEO settings under the Page menu haven't been filled out on the site here yet. Those should help greatly with search engine ranking. Where placing it as the first thing on a page is concerned, however, it may simply take time and backlinks for it to be built up to that level. What phrases are you searching?

You're right! I haven't set up the SEO settings under Pages. Where can I find the instructions for this? Same as the SEO under Settings?
I typed my meta keywords I listed on SEO page under Settings.

It would be largely the same guidelines, yes. The difference would be that those SEO settings are specific to the page in question, which can be very helpful with more modern search functions.
