Can't access old site

Hello, 

I built my website, https://www.valuedclothing.com/, with weebly about 5 years ago, and since the new site editor combined weebly with square, I am ONLY able to access the square/ecommerce portion when I go to weebly.com, and I cannot access editing for my old site at all. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks for posting, @jaysobro. If you log in using the email address you used for your Weebly account directly at Weebly.com, it should get you into the account that has that site and not your Square Online Store account.

I have the same issue.  When I enter www.weebly.com it goes directly to the Square Weebly online site.  I am unable to get to my weebly site at all!  www.whitingartwork.com.  I'm very frustrated.  HELP

Can you log out of the account you are in right now, @2painters, then try logging in again?

I'm having the exact same issue. I can only access the page to make a square account of which I don't already have. I only want to edit my Weebly account. I don't sell products. I can't even get to a login. And there is no customer service. I'm getting ready to go with another website developer. This shouldn't be this complicated as well as no customer service.

What does Square have to do with Weebly? I thought they were just a third party vendor.

I went to www.weebly.com- the interface has changed- nevertheless, I entered my email address and password and it took me to only one my websites, when an interface usually pops up where you can select a choice of websites. Nothing I can do will let me out of the single site but logging out.

I called Weebly contact number only to be answered by a machine identifying that I have reached Square.
I was directed to help, only to find a few others experiencing the same with no response to the problem

Hey @Stewardship

Weebly is now integrated directly with Square and the full migration just happened a few weeks ago.

There was an email sent out to all Weebly users about it with more information as well.

Hi, that didn't work for me.  My email address and password for Weebly.com takes me straight into the new website that I have started working on(not published yet)....yet there is no way to access and edit my published website?

Can you please help with this, as no matter where I sign in, it goes straight to the new unpublished site.  Thanks

It sounds like you may be using the wrong email address to login with, @Ellesiem. What is the full url/address of the site you are trying to access?

I'm facing a similar issue but I don't believe i'm using the wrong e-mail address. I set this site up in 2018 and haven't really edited it since, but i'm certain that I'm logging in with the e-mail address assigned to my site. However, when I log in there is no way to edit my website. The website URL is https://josephchapmanwrites.weebly.com/ - Can you support me?
