Page editor won't load...
I've cleaned my Chrome browser, which is the one I use most of the time. All other sites I've tried to access are loading quickly, but the Weebly page editor won't load on Chrome, Edge or Firefox. It just sits and spins.
It's doing the same thing from my mobile device.
It just keeps on spinning....

Hi Adam,
Although Weebly functioned well at the end of last week, today it's fouling with the same issue, again.
It's happening on every site I've tried to work with. It's happening on Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
My browsers have been recently cleaned. I have no popup blockers on to prohibit the page load.
All other sites I've access are working just fine. Weebly is the only one fouling.
Here are several screen shots I took throughout the morning while trying to get my work done...
First shot, via Chrome.
Later, when trying to work through Edge.
Again, via Chrome
Via Firefox, about three hours from when I started trying to work.
Quite frustrating and discouraging...

P.S.
It isn't just one of the sites I work with on Weebly, it's every one I tried to open this morning... they all did the same thing, which was getting stuck just like the one I incorporated images from.
I use a personal computer. I work from home. I have made no changes with my browsers, other than clearing browser history on Chrome, yet this continues to happen, more and more often.
I have no browser extensions set to block Weebly, or prohibit popups.

Do you have anyhting like FortiNet, Bitdefender, Norton, etc, installed on your computer? It doesn't need to be an actual browser plugin.

It looks like you're using an older version of mac OS, @sergiodoesitall. Can you open the Mac App Store app and download and install the newest version of mac OS that your laptop will run? The current version is Mojave, though if you can't install that you might try High Sierra.
Once you've done that, run any updates for Google Chrome and try editing again.

Internet Explorer won't work because Microsoft no longer updates that browser; if you switch to Microsoft Edge, Chrome, or FireFox on that computer it will work better, I bet. As for the computer with Adblock, many applications like that will update their rules silently, so it may have updated to include a block of something needed for the editor to function. Temporarily turning off Adblock is a quick way to see if that's the case.

Ahhh - sounds like your IT department might have something installed or blocked. I'm sure if you talk to them they could probably figure out what it is that is causing it.

I am getting exactly the same thing with my site and I am using a personal computer and have not added anything that could block it. Like this lady it started Thursday. It sounds like an issue your end - I have raised a ticket but no reply. Clearly an issue with yourselves. Please sort ASAP.

When it happens on the site I'm trying to work with, it happens on all sites I have access to as well.

Can you clear all cache and cookies for Weebly.com and Editmysite.com, @SSysum? After doing that refresh and try again.

Yes I have done all of that. Even reinstalling chrome etc. I really think you must have done something your end as it seems odd that lots of us are all getting the same issue. I own several sites with weebly and they are now next to useless if I can’t edit from a PC.
