Yesterday was working fine, but today not, cannot open editor from firefox and chrome.
I tried using different internet connection but still not loading. No firewall and/or antivirus. I also clear all cache.

Are you still seeing that, @Taovin? It sounds like it might be a DNS cache issue, which you'd probably want to try restarting your computer to clear.

Hi
I am also not able to load the editor via my wifi since Nov 2019.
Trouble shooting so far:
- used mobile data to connect - this works perfectly but not cost effetive long term
- tried and alt browser - edge gets me to the dashboard. Chrome wont load weebly site at all. Firefox wont load weebly page. Both firefox and chrome give a TLS handshake failed error or ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR
- tried another device - loads using wifi on my ipad but can't use the editor.
- Cleared all the caches - loaded weebly page once in Chrome and then got a TLS error again. No improvement in loading editor in Edge.
- contacted ISP multiple times, they insist they are not blocking anything their side.
- hard reset modem - had to set up my whole profile again and achieved nothing 😛
- Reset DNS servers on Laptop from automatic to dns 8.8.8 primary dns
8.8.4.4 secondary - This got me to the dashboard in Edge, no change in other browsers. - Changed internet options to lowest security settings possible - no improvement.
- Laptop is running Windows 10, standard installation no addtional antivirus software. Edge and Chrome both latest versions.

There was a cable cut under the ocean between South Africa and our servers which has been causing problems. Last I heard from another customer it would probably take 6 weeks to resolve, and between now and then it will probably be a little dicey. You could potentially get around this using a VPN depending on how it's routing you.
