Editor wont load.... It just goes blank

When I log in to edit my site the page doesn't load.  It worked fine yesterday but for whatever reason it wont load today.  I have tried deleting my cache/histroy etc. and nothing seems to be working. Is there an issue with the site???

Turns out there was an bug.  It was fixed within a few hours

What does the editor look like to you, @mmacinally? Is it a gray screen?

No it wasn't fixed.  Its happening now--3 weeks later.  How many months before you fix this issue?

I'm having this issue right now. Currently the Weebly Editor is blank, and so is the website. Both are blank in the Build Sections where the website would normally appear.

i am having the same isssue in multiple browsers. Firefox was working for a time and now it too is blank. This has been happening to me since June of 2017. This is impacting the business that I'm running!

Sorry to hear that. It's possible it is a cache issue as I'm not able to recreate the issue. When was the last time you cleared your browsing history? You may also want to try flushing the cache from your internet router. Unplug the device, wait 30 seconds, then plug back in. Do you ever use a private/incognito window to edit?

I'm having the same problem. Have cleared cache and tried Chrome and Firefox browsers (latest versions) to no avail.

 I can logon but when I click edit site the browser just shows up a blank (white) page....

Any solution Weebly? Please can we resolve this issue as it's annoying and it seems several people are experiencing it....

Chrome gives no info, Firefox provides the following info: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to www.weebly.com. The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified. Please contact the website owners to inform them of this problem.

Hi Adam - it/s the Reclaim Design one. Just worked now but didn't all afternoon previous. I could access other sites without issue.

This is happening to me too. It was working fine a couple days ago, and now on all browsers I've tried it won't load. I can see the editing screen but my website and the side tools aren't there. Can you help?

I have the same problem. I open Weebly editor and it is either a complete white blank page or the tools will show up but cannot access the page it is then a gray blank page. I have contacted Weebly support on almost a daily basis for the past several months and when I contact them it will work for one day and then it goes back to the blank page again the next time I try to get on. This is extremely frustrating. Weebly refuses to admit there is a problem or even look into it even though I have clearly shown them where the problem is on their end simply by using web developer tools to find it. I have Pro sites and free sites and at first it was only happening to the pro sites, now it is happening to all of them. I am not the only one with this problem. Weebly blocks off people who try to comment on other peoples post with this same problem and refuses to acknowledge that there is even a problem. Hundreds of Weebly users have this problem but Weebly tries to blame it on the computer, the cookies, the internet connection..I cleared all cookies paid for a strong internet connection and bought brand new Chromebooks but still have the same issue.

My Weebly website has been unusable for over a month now. I can neither access it nor edit it. I sign in and the screen goes blank white. The URL is https://www.weebly.com/app/home/users/7598453/sites/110831016499441838/dashboard# . The website is www.customrugfabrication.com. The site is available to view but not to edit. I have cleared cache, reset router and wi fi, and worked with my internet service provider. I have Internet Explorer 11 and Weebly is the only site that doesn't work. If I try to go to weebly help, the screen goes white blank there also.

Internet Explorer is no longer a supported browser. I'm sorry you have had this issue for so long. Smiley Sad Do you have another browser you can use? Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge should all work as long as they are the latest versions.
