Cannot upload images...

Hey

Just came back to do the first bit of editing in a while, to discover I cannot seem to upload images to a new page. The upload progress bar will complete but the image is nowhere to be seen once it's done so. I've already tried clearing my cache, to no avail.

I'm using Chrome on a mac.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Hi @DTalk Do you happen to know the file type and size? I believe the plan types in your account are limited to 10mb file size or smaller. Images must be .jpg, .png, or .gif.

The files are jp, none bigger than 2mb....

I just succesfully swapped out my header image, but uploading photos to the body of the page, either with 'gallery' or 'image' still doesn't seem to work...

Was your first issue resolved, or is that still ongoing? Can you post one of the images here so I can try to test from my end?

I seem to have found a solution by resaving the files in Mac Preview. I don't know why this helps, but it does!

I don't understand what the "solution" means.. Shouldn't the web page editor just work properly withouth us having to figure out what "resave in Mac preview" means? I have no idea what the other user means by that and I need to be able to upload images to the site. what other solution do you offer for your most basic editor feature not working? thank you
