RE: Cancel subscription and Refund

Hi,

I would like to cancel my Weebly plan subscription as well as connecting to a domain. I did both yesterday but the transaction didn't get through. In fact, the amount dedducted was reflected a few times on my receipts.

Please help.

Not a problem - that is correct, it would be $60 a year to have the option to use the domain as the site address, and $19.95 a year for the domain itself.

I've canceled your site upgrade and voided the transaction. It looks like the attempts to purchase a domain were also voided, so all of those charges should eventually fall off of your account without settling.

Can you help me to understand this part please - so $60 is for connecting to a domain while $19.95 is to buy a domain name. The total would be 60+19.95 for a year's subscription?

Am considering eCommerce platform $25 instead. I'm still weighing out the options right now...

Hi Adam,

I signed up for a custom domain again. But the transaction for $29.95 still did not go through.

Kinda disappointed actually. Smiley Sad 

I have limited time to get things up, but it's alright, I think I shall stick to the weebly subdomain for now.

Could you please once again help me with the refund of $60 and $29.95 please.

Everything has been refunded for your account, @andreacreative. The system auto refunded the charge to Paypal for the domain name, but this may just show as a pending transaction since it did not process correctly. I processed the refund for the hosting plan and should return to your account within 3-5 business days.
