I purchased a monthly plan thing because I wanted to see where exactly my views we're coming from, because I used my website as my art portfolio for job hunting, and wanted to know my portfolio had been seen by the people I've sent it to. Unfortunately, this wasn't a feature, as I'd been led to believe. I'd like a refund, per the 30-day money-back policy, but I can't find where to request it. So I'm requesting it here.

In order to inform you about the issue, I´m going to paste here the correspondence I´ve had:
Hello Martina,
To start from scratch you have to add a new site to your account in order to have the exact format of the new theme you are using. Once you choose the first theme read below.
Changing themes will not affect any of the content on your site, so anything on your pages – including the images and filler text that come with each theme by default – will still be there when you switch to a different theme. This is so you don’t have to start your website over any time you want to try a new theme. It may be helpful to think of changing themes as similar to trying on a new outfit or pair of shoes – the theme is the look and style of your website, while the content (images, text, etc.) and pages are the substance. For more help on themes, check out our help articles here, here, and here.

Unfortunately, my domain had not been registered, although I purchased it one month ago.
Now I have to purchase it again and it seems to be free, but I get stuck in the process:
In the payment details section I confirmed after checking that everything is correct, but a message keeps appearing asking me to correct the marked errors in the form.
The problem is: Nothing is marked, so I do not know what to change.
There is no way I could continue; I can only return and try again obtaining the same frustrating result over and over again.
PLEASE HELP ASAP!

I've refunded and canceled your site upgrade for you, @Coling. Did you also want to cancel your domain name? I can cancel and refund the service, but not actually cancel the registration itself so it will remain within our Registrar reseller account until it expires next year.
