I am trying to add G-suite email to my Weebly account. I've added it, but the message: "This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts" has been there for days. When I go to the Inbox Google says that "Your account has not been verified. Ask your G Suite administrator to verify the domain associated with your account". I have tried every suggestion I can find - can anyone help?
The MX records are correct. I have verified that I own the website through google previously, through my personal gmail account, to enable Google Console, has that caused a conflict somehow!?
I've emailed Weebly several times with no respone. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for posting, @FeelingThePain. I've made your user a Super Admin, so you should be able to log into the Admin console and verify the domain to complete configuration.

You should be able to reset the password for the user on the G Suite page of your Weebly account. Did you try using that to reset the password yet? I wasn't sure if you tried there or at Google.

I've also done this for you, @Aiya2020, so you can log into the Admin console and complete verification of the domain.

Thanks for that. However, to verify my domain the prompt is saying to go to Register.com and login. Am I missing something? Where do I find my register.com login details? Never heard of this.

Which verification method did you choose, @Aiya2020? I'm guessing you're trying to do the TXT method verification method. If you're going to do it that way then you'll add your TXT record through your Weebly account (go to the Domains page, click on the domain to manage it, then click on Edit for your DNS records and add your TXT record).

Hi there - I'm having the same problem. I emailed Weebly support yesterday. My account email address is rebeccawoodul@gmail.com.
I just purchased the fitriches.com domain and set up G suite (emory@fitriches.com). I got the "Welcome to G Suite Basic for fitriches.com" email to rebeccawoodul@gmail.com to finish setting up my G Suite account. When I try to sign into my g suite account to finish setting it up, however, I get the "G-Suite Account not Verifying." error message.

Thanks for your post, @Verdelle.
It looks like your user wasn't made a super admin, so I fixed that for you. You should be able to log into the Admin console now and get instructions on how to verify.

It looks like your domain needs to be verified, @LauraGauthier. If you log into the Admin Console you should see some prompts to do that. To login into the Admin Console, go to the G Suite page of your account and click on the "..." button next to the Go to inbox link.

Hi Adam -
I tried to follow the Google Admin link from the Weebly G Suite Dashboard but it only took me to workspace.google.com, and I can't access the Google Admin dashboard. I assume this has to do with my user not correctly being a Super Admin. Can you add the use Spring@ as super admin for my account? Thanks.

Hi @Spring It looks like all of your G Suite services are verified. Do you still need help with this, or was someone able to help you out earlier?

Thanks for reaching out, @MarinaL86 Can you please try logging into admin.google.com once more? We've made a change to your account which should allow you to login now.

nothing has changed.
I had an email from Google.
"You will need to contact them for further assistance. As you have business relation with your reseller, Google doesn't have enough information to confirm your identity. Please contact your reseller reseller.weebly.net to request account recovery assistance"
