How do I renew my domain?

Hello,

I missed my opportunity to pay and automatically renew my domain on Weebly.  Now the domain is suspended and I cannot see my website when I type it in.  I went to the website and got a special code and called customer service.  I worked with a customer service person to reactive it on (Thursday)  2/24/22.  The customer service person said that it should be up and running in 24-48 hours.  It is now Saturday and not working.  Should I be patient and try the website again on Monday?  Should I call customer service again?
