G-Suite Account not Verifying

I am trying to add G-suite email to my Weebly account. I've added it, but the message: "This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts" has been there for days. When I go to the Inbox Google says that "Your account has not been verified. Ask your G Suite administrator to verify the domain associated with your account". I have tried every suggestion I can find - can anyone help?

The MX records are correct. I have verified that I own the website through google previously, through my personal gmail account, to enable Google Console, has that caused a conflict somehow!?

I've emailed Weebly several times with no respone. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks for posting, @FeelingThePain. I've made your user a Super Admin, so you should be able to log into the Admin console and verify the domain to complete configuration.

You should be able to reset the password for the user on the G Suite page of your Weebly account. Did you try using that to reset the password yet? I wasn't sure if you tried there or at Google.

Hi @boolsis Can you try logging into admin.google.com once more? You should be able to login and complete the setup process now.

Hello, @Bernadette ! It looks like I've lost access to my GSuite again after the trial period ended, despite having already paid for the year. Could someone help investigate why? I lost access on November 23rd.

Hi @Adam ,

I lost access to my G Suite back on Nov 23rd. I'm not entirely sure what happened since I paid for the year after the trial period ended. I can log into the admin but cannot access email or apps. Could someone take a look for me? I sent an email to support but never heard back.

Thanks! I see that your user is an admin, although your domain isn't verified yet. After you log into the G Suite Admin console, do you see any messages about verifying the domain?

@Adam Hm, I don't see any messages regarding verifying my domain. It all seems to be fine and all set up. When I go through the setings, it seems that my domain is set up:image

Hi, 

I am currently experiancing the same issue as the conversation above. 

If you could please make my email I set up the supper Admin I bileive it will fix my log in issue as well. The email I created was - shop@honeysucklebuilds.com - 

Please let me know if I need to do anything to help this be completed asap.

I am having a similar problem with my g-suite email ikara@ikararetreat.com I trialed the g-suite and then paid the full yearly subscritpion on 7th Nov. My CC has been charged and it even says in weebly: IKARARETREAT.COM Renews on 2021-11-07

This G Suite account is currently being configured. Check back soon to manage your email accounts.

I had been using the ikara@@ikararetreat.com email succesfully until the 14 day trial expired (ie today). But I have paid for the full year. When I click on the inbox it says that my 14 days subscription has ended. Please help asap. Kindest Regards, Melinda
